★ Say hello ★
We'd love your feedback.
PaperCarnival is a small, independent project, and it gets better because of the people who use it, teachers, party hosts, and families who tell us what they'd like to see next.
Is there an occasion you wish we had? A theme you'd love? Something that didn't work the way you expected? Those messages genuinely shape what we build, and we read all of them.
How to reach us
Email hello@papercarnival.com and it comes straight to us. No form to fill in, no account, no ticket number.
We only use your address to write back. It never goes on a mailing list, and we don't pass it to anyone.
We also post every new printable on Pinterest, which is a good place to follow along.
What to put in the message
Something that did not work. Tell us which tool, by copying the address from your browser bar, what you pressed, and what happened instead of what you expected. Say which device and browser you were on. For a printable, add the paper size and whether you printed straight from the page or saved a PDF first, because most printing problems turn on one of those two.
A theme or an occasion you want. Name the event, the age of the people playing, and a handful of the words you would want on the cards. A list of ten real words tells us far more than a subject heading does.
Using it in a class, a club or a paid event. The terms already answer most of these, and you are welcome to write if yours is not covered.
Privacy, rights and trademark notices. The privacy policy says what reaches us and what never does. Rights notices go to the same address, with what the material is and the page it is on.
Please do not paste a class list or anyone else's real names into an email. The tools keep names on your own device precisely so they never have to travel anywhere, and a message does not need them.
What happens next
Someone on the team reads every message; there is no automatic reply and no helpdesk queue. There is also no promised turnaround, because this is a small operation rather than a support team. In practice a broken tool is looked at before anything else, and a theme suggestion may simply turn up on the site one day rather than get a reply of its own.
In the meantime, everything you need is already free to use, no account, no sign-up. Head to the bingo generator and make something.
