How do the other players avoid seeing the word?

The word stays hidden until the drawer presses Peek, and one more press hides it again. Everyone else just sees how many words and letters it is, which is exactly the hint a paper game gives.

Are the words safe for children?

Yes. Every word in the bank is a generic, drawable thing: animals, food, objects, actions, places and more. There are no brand names, no characters from films or games, and a Just for kids category of favorites like rainbows, robots and pirates.

How long should a drawing round be?

Easy words are single drawable things; medium adds trickier objects and activities; hard is where "threading a needle" and "staring contest" live.
