Every new team, workshop, or offsite hits the same awkward first five minutes, and office icebreaker bingo is the graceful way through them. Each square is a “find a colleague who…” prompt, has a hidden talent, speaks two languages, loves spreadsheets, and people mingle to fill their card with each other’s names.

The cards are free to print, forever, no account, no limit, no watermark. Print enough for the whole room; a seeded shuffle makes each card unique, so everyone has their own board. Add a “one name per card” rule and colleagues have to actually talk to lots of different people, which is exactly what you want when half the room has never met.

It’s just as useful for onboarding and remote teams: share a card on a video call and use breakout rooms to hunt down matches. When you want prompts tuned to your company’s culture and in-jokes, open the generator and write your own, and, because there’s no server, nothing anyone writes ever leaves their device.

Ways to play

Mingle bingo

People move around the room and find a colleague who matches each square, writing that person's name in the box. First to a row, or a full card, wins.

One name rule

Each colleague's name can be used only once, so people have to talk to lots of different teammates.

Team round

Play in small groups to fill a shared card, a quick warm-up for a workshop or offsite.

Four corners

Fill only the four corner squares for a five-minute version at the start of a meeting.

Questions

How do you run office icebreaker bingo?

Give everyone a card. People mingle and find colleagues who match each square, writing that person's name in the box. A "one name per card" rule makes them meet lots of teammates. First to a row, or a full card, wins.

Is it free?

Yes, completely free, with no account, no card limit, and no watermark. Print enough for the whole team or workshop.

Is it good for onboarding and remote teams?

Very. It's a low-pressure way for new hires to meet people, and it works on a video call too, share a card and use breakout rooms to "find someone who…".

Can I write prompts about our company?

Yes. Open the generator and add prompts that fit your team's culture and in-jokes. Every card stays unique.
